1. Booking and Confirmation:
1.1 To secure your reservation for a Chandra Healing Center Retreat, a non-refundable deposit amounting to 10% of the total retreat cost is required.
1.2 Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the retreat. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
1.3 If booking is made less than 30 days before the commencement of the retreat, full payment will be required upon booking.
1.4 Chandra Healing Center reserves the right to cancel or modify a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
2.1 Cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled retreat start date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administration fee.
2.2 Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the scheduled retreat start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
2.3 Cancellations made less than 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.
2.4 No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.
2.5 In case of a medical emergency preventing attendance, participants may be eligible for a refund, subject to review and verification. Documentation from a qualified medical professional may be required.
2.6 Requests for a refund based on dissatisfaction will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We encourage open communication during the retreat to address concerns in real-time.
2.7 Participants expelled from the retreat due to violation of the center's guidelines or disruptive behavior will not be eligible for any refund.
3. Participant Responsibilities:
3.1 Participants are responsible for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being during the retreat.
3.2 Participants must inform Chandra Healing Center of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions well in advance of the retreat start date.
3.3 Chandra Healing Center is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or damages that may occur during the retreat.
4. Code of Conduct:
4.1 Participants are expected to respect the Chandra Healing Center staff, fellow participants, and the retreat property.
4.2 Use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Any participant found in violation will be immediately expelled from the retreat without refund.
4.3 Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment or non-compliance with retreat guidelines, may result in immediate expulsion from the retreat without refund.
5. Health and Safety:
5.1 Chandra Healing Center is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment.
5.2 Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Chandra Healing Center staff.
5.3 Chandra Healing Center reserves the right to require a participant to leave the retreat if their health or conduct poses a risk to themselves or others.
6. Accommodations:
6.1 Accommodation assignments are at the discretion of Chandra Healing Center.
6.2 Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the retreat property by their actions, and they may be charged for the cost of repairs or replacements.
7. Photography and Media:
7.1 Participants may be photographed or filmed during the retreat for promotional and marketing purposes.
7.2 Participants who prefer not to be featured in promotional materials must notify Chandra Healing Center in writing prior to the retreat.
8. Changes to Itinerary:
8.1 Chandra Healing Center reserves the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, including activities, workshops, and schedules, based on unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
8.2 Reasonable efforts will be made to inform participants of any changes in advance.
9. Force Majeure:
9.1 Chandra Healing Center is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
