6. Reservation and Payment
a. To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment is due before the start of the retreat.
b. Cancellation policies and refund details are specified in the booking terms.
7. Intellectual Property
a. All content provided by Chandra Healing Center, including but not limited to text, images, and videos, is the property of Chandra and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
Chandra Healing Center is not liable for any physical or psychological harm resulting from the use of our services. Participants attend retreats at their own risk.
9. Amendments
Chandra Healing Center reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
